Thought I’d share a photo of my lovely new sewing box from John Lewis. It was half price, so how could I resist! I really like John Lewis’ haberdashery department in Milton Keynes. It has a good selection.

I’ve been knitting for years, but I’ve never tried to crotchet. It is on my list of things to do for 2009; so thought I’d make the first step and buy some hooks. Aren’t these gorgeous colours. I can’t wait to start. I purchased them from purplelinda who provide excellent service.
