Preparing for Easter

It will be Easter on the 12th April so I thought I’d make a start on some Easter chicks. It takes me an hour to make one from start to finish. Getting the bow ties and facial features, just right takes longer than the actual knitting. It is always the making up that takes more time than the knitting. Here’s some work in progress. I love this colour of yellow. It is such a great springtime colour. I just love working with colour and different textures of yarn.
